Katy is officially our go-to travel agent! She planned our 7-night Royal Caribbean family cruise last December for my daughter’s 16th birthday and my husband’s birthday, and she seriously did an amazing job from beginning to end.
First of all, the deal she got us was amazing. For around what we expected to spend for five people, she was able to make it work for all six of us to go! And traveling with four kids is A LOT, but she made everything so much easier. She helped us find flights where we could all stay together and arranged a large SUV to get all six of us, plus all of our luggage, to the cruise terminal in Tampa so we didn’t have to split up.
What really made me appreciate having Katy was when our cruise was unexpectedly delayed after we had already gotten to Tampa. We were sitting in the airport with four kids, all of our luggage, poor reception, and suddenly had hours to figure out what we were going to do. Katy was already helping us figure out where we could go, what we could do, and how to make the best of the situation. I honestly don’t know how I would have figured all of that out in the middle of everything else going on.
Once we got on the ship, we had the BEST time. Our rooms were great, the service was amazing, and the excursions she helped us plan were even better. We went to Cozumel, Honduras, Belize, and Costa Maya, and Belize was probably the most memorable for us. After seven nights, none of us wanted to get off the ship!
Since then, Katy has helped us with other trips and excursions, and she’s already planning our Norwegian Cruise Line cruise this year. I recommend her to my friends all the time. No matter what kind of budget you’re working with, somehow she figures out how to make magic happen with it.
